Getting Started at Pilates Align

To help you get the most from your Pilates practice, we ask that all new clients begin with a private 1:1 session with Pam, our owner and lead instructor. This introductory session allows Pam to tailor your experience and ensure you're fully prepared for group classes or duet sessions.
